Whilst we were reflecting on yesterday, we were both in total agreement that we thought mum's funeral and the preparations for it by Lorraine at the Woodville Co-op, together with your total professionalism and genuine care and compassion with the funeral service itself have helped both of us so very much at what has been a totally devastating time for our small, but close family.

Our first meeting with you at mum's home some 2 weeks ago now, put us both totally at ease with you, your friendliness, thoughts and guidance for the service were faultless and we feel you have helped us so very much to have given our mum a most fitting and best send off that she could have possibly had in these terrible Covid times.

We have received our own feedback from our family and mum's friends to say that it was an absolutely  beautiful service and one that mum would certainly have approved of.  We both thank you whole heartedly for that.

Your contact by phone and email has been efficient and faultless and the touches with the Ceremony folders were special and will be a lovely reminder in the days and weeks to come of the words and poems recited on the day.  I'm sure we'll take comfort from reading those words again, as and when we need to.

We both would have no hesitation at all in recommending you to any other family, who sadly go through such devastating times as we have.

We were all extremely pleased with the level of service that you provided, from the initial meeting with you, through to the service and afterwards.

On meeting you, your professional yet compassionate approach immediately put us at our ease.  Whilst emotions sometimes got the better of us, your consideration enabled us to provide you with details of our Dad’s full life that you pieced together to prepare an excellent and fitting tribute to our Dad.

Your advice on procedure, format of the service and music was invaluable, you helped us with decisions that we found difficult to make.
